1. Location Surcharge – based on your postcode.
2. Out-of-Hours Surcharge – if your appointment is in the evening, on a weekend, or on a bank holiday.

These add-ons ensure your final price reflects your appointment time and location.

By confirming your booking, you agree to pay the full service fee. A full refund is only available if the appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
